Oversight and management effort makes up as one of the most important functions at T72. Among other support work, we strive to walk a young company’s executive staff through best practices in strategic planning, operations, and financial management. Additionally, we help institutionalize best practices with new accounting, procurement, HR, Marketing, Sales, Client Management, and IT systems to increase the value of their investment.

This is our primary source of value creation in private equity (PE), though private equity (PE) firms also create value by aiming to align the interests of company management with those of the firm and its investors.
